My Aim

Reaching out for help can be an intimidating step. My goal is to provide you with a safe and judgement free space where we can work collaboratively to build new skills and learn new ways to approach life's challenges.

About Me

I graduated with a Masters of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University in 2020. I am passionate about helping people cope with the difficulties that life may bring.

No human experience is too big or too small to get support. I believe that every individual has the capability to heal and grow as a person. I use a person-centered, emotionally focused, and trauma-informed approaches to help individuals find solutions that (actually) work for them.
